Sunwing.ca offers many services to travellers. Among those are book flight seat, meals, excursions, and buy travel insurance. As well as the ability to call home country from wherever you are having your vacation. Sunwing wanted to launch a mobile app that can help users get all of these benefits from the convenience of their smart phones.
The Solution
The strategy of the design flow is based on easy onboarding. User just needs to enter their booking number, and the back-end will fetch all their data for them. From here the user can find entry point to services and portfolio, to edit, add, and delete. On top of that, users will get real time info about their destination weather and vacation timeline.
