A Project with Clearbridge Mobile

The Challenge

From research, Sotheby’s International Realty discovered that majority of their potential buyers are used to AppleTV browsing. So they wanted to be present where their users are. They wanted to launch an AppleTV app that allows users to browse available luxurious properties, check their prices, and get all the info available. Not only that, but as well being able to contact an agent, and send email with a bid offer on a certain property.

The Solution

For this project we worked with the client through discovery sessions to uncover the expected flow and user expectations. This got translated by highlighting beauty shots for properties as the best way of selling on a FullHD screens. Following AppleTV intuitive interactions we built. the app to feel and act totally native to end users. The app became the sensation of the Real Estate media for a while as a sample of disruptive innovation in the industry.
