Quantum Test Prep offers programs to help students prepare for tests. These programs come in the form of Subjects, Units, Lessons, and Packages. It becomes very hard for the students to select exactly what is needed and find the schedule for this. The whole visual language needed to change as well. The website and the Admin back-end needed to be re-architected and rebuild.
The Solution
We worked in parallel on branding (visual language) and website solution to meet client’s tight deadline. We started from the Information Architecture by untying the nods and streamlining the process. the hierarchy we came up with is quick to understand, and easy to engage with. Both students and teachers were able to access the same data and interact with the new AI/UI in more ease.

The Results
Monthly calendar is now divided in 4 modules. Students can get from the first glance which module they need, which subject, unit and lesson. On top of everything how much each package will cost. Teachers were able to save almost half of the time they spent in preparing these calendars and aggregating info. Conversion rates soared in the first year, and the client’s partners (universities and business schools) perception of the brand became top-of-mind.
